Description:
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Excellent Employment Law understanding in the UK, hands-on experience of running a range of complex cases.
Thorough knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and experience of writing guides to support and drive change in performance management.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Employment Case Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to leaders on employment matters, coaching people leaders on best practice in managing and developing their teams. The role will also support in establishing HR programs, in pursuit of business objectives and priorities.
Fostering our Performance-based culture in multiple regions - UK, USA, Manila the role will be responsible for driving effective case management through the coaching of our people leaders, applying our policies to support fair and positive outcomes. As an Employment Case Advisor, you will also be responsible for coaching line managers to drive performance in the organisation.
Minimum 2 years experience in an ER advisory role
- Successful experience as an ER Advisor in a 200 employees + business
- Complex case management experience.
- Commercial, and can understand Data Analytics and use spreadsheets.
- Able to interpret data and provide insights.
- Employee policy and legislation knowledge
- Experience in developing HR policies and processes
- Strong stakeholder management
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent
