YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

• 6+ years’ PAE in employment law and industrial relations in a top-tier private practice, government or in-house environment;
• Experience in providing strategic advice on employment aspects of large-scale M&A transactions, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, industrial action, general protections and all types of Fair Work Commission proceedings;
• Excellent academics;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; and
• Hunger to learn and develop and work well as part of a team.
