QUALIFICATIONS

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership with the CA state bar.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in employment law, focusing on public entities, ideally within school districts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, including Title VII and FMLA.
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation and administrative proceedings with expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills for providing practical and effective legal counsel.
  • Excellent communication abilities to convey legal concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Exceptional legal writing skills with a knack for leaving a lasting impression.
