We are seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Lawyer with a strong defense background to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with a focus on providing writing support to legal teams. Law and motion experience is highly desirable, and appellate level experience is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employment law with a Defense background.
• Proven experience with law and motion practice.
• Appellate level experience is required.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide comprehensive legal support in employment defense matters.
• Draft, review, and edit a wide range of legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement effective defense strategies.
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and appellate proceedings.
• Stay current with changes in employment law and provide relevant updates to the team.
