Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
To provide HR and Employment Law advice to a wide variety of 35,000 clients of Peninsula throughout different sectors within Advisory across Great Britain.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated.
- To achieve eight measured set performance aims to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set SLAs in order to provide an efficient solution based advice, either through email or call depending on client preference. This will be predominately call advice and adjusted accordingly by your particular caseload whilst being available for the clients.
- To actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
- To log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
- To provide clients with bespoke supporting information/documentation to assist them to implement the solutions provided.
- To review client documentation and provide advice accordingly taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into account in each case.
- To undertake and report on client visits as required by the Advisory Service Managers.
- Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable to ensure high quality handovers.
- To be clear and prompt in communication regarding cases to other specialist teams where applicable for ease of transition.
- To offer the clients options regarding utilisation of other products and services we provide and make such recommendations accordingly.
- To actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods and to promote and improve Peninsula’s online reputation.
- To have a high level knowledge of a breadth of employment law and HR matters.
- To support other consultants coming into the business as requested.
- To deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
- To carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Management Team.
