This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in challenging and complex cases. You will have the opportunity to work with more senior members of the team on complex matters, but also to take on responsibility for your own caseload and to form and develop client relationships, and in the case of our business clients to become an extension of their in-house HR Team.
You will gain plenty of hands on experience from the outset with support from senior members of the team along with access to a committed training programme devised by our PSL to further your development.
