Description:
An esteemed Private Practice, renowned and acknowledged in the Legal 500, is currently seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor to bolster their expanding Employment Team at their prestigious Christchurch office.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Offering corporate assistance and guidance concerning employment matters linked to mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, and TUPE implications.
- Advising on a wide spectrum of employment disputes and challenges affecting employers and employees alike.
- Preparing cases for tribunal hearings and offering representation when necessary.
- Actively participating in departmental and firm-wide endeavour’s for business growth and marketing.
- Establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Collaborating within the team and taking the lead on specific projects and tasks.
- Providing oversight and guidance to junior team members.
The ideal candidate for the Employment Solicitor role should possess a solid background in a reputable and well-established Employment Department, demonstrating a proven ability to cultivate new client connections. They should exhibit exceptional client care skills and possess a strong sense of commercial awareness.
