Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer looking for a new challenge in a well-established law firm? We are recruiting for a talented solicitor to join a respected legal practice with offices in Southampton and Winchester.
Responsibilities:
As part of the firm’s growing Employment Law team, you will:
- Advise clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Handle cases including discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, contracts, and HR policies.
- Represent clients in tribunal claims and settlement negotiations.
- Work closely with commercial clients to provide strategic employment advice.
- Support business development and contribute to the firm’s reputation in the market.
