ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree or acceptable combination of education and equivalent experience.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in career advising, career coaching, and/or direct advising on employment standards and workplace rights, with some demonstrated experience in employer development, partnership management, sales, and/or business development.
- Experience providing direct 1:1 and tailored support to early-to-mid career individuals in the areas of career, skill development, and career transition.
- Experience in a target-driven environments, with proven success.
- Experience developing and maintaining partnerships to generate employment opportunities.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools (preferably Airtable) to track individual leads, outcomes, and performance.
- Proven experience and ability to work with a diverse client group across multiple industries/sectors.
- Highly driven to meet targets, proactive, persuasive, and diplomatic.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to show sound judgment in dealing with confidential information.
- Excellent marketing and account management, sales, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs and strong IT fluency.
- In depth knowledge of early-to-mid career labour market, and employment trends.

Responsibilities:
