QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Education, business, information systems, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Experience in training, instructional design,ADDIE Model, preferably within an LMS environment . Familiarity with enterprise software, especially ERP systems, is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in developing training materials, conducting needs assessments, and using tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS). An understanding of ADDIE Model and adult learning principles and change management is also beneficial.
WORK FROM HOME & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to be on-site with clients as needed (note: this role is fully remote)
Salary Range: $40,000 to $60,000
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Enablement Analyst with Bryant Park Consulting, you will focus on designing and delivering training programs and resources that empower our consultants to effectively utilize NetSuite’s software, ensuring maximum efficiency and adoption across the organization. You will also assess training needs, develop content, and provide ongoing support to optimize user proficiency and system integration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain training dashboards or reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Manage updates and enhancements to the Learning Management System.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative training solutions.
- Provide analytical support for strategic training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Knowledge Department to apply the ADDIE model for developing and refining training programs.
- Design and maintain engaging digital content on the LMS, ensuring ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
- Integrate multimedia formats such as e-learning, videos, webinars, and micro-learning modules into training offerings.
- Consult with trainers and management to gather feedback and suggest optimizations for training programs.
- Update and adapt existing training materials to be LMS-ready, ensuring technical compatibility and learning efficacy.
- Analyze and refine online content to maintain alignment with current training needs and standards.
- Convert traditional content into digital formats suitable for online delivery.
- Collaborate with the LMS administrator to manage digital instructional materials, ensuring accurate targeting and integration into blended learning structures.
- Ensure accurate and effective content delivery to the appropriate audience using the LMS.
- Assist in evaluating and redesigning courses to optimize learning by incorporating LMS features.
- Provide targeted support for instructional design and training needs on a case-by-case basis.
- Create employees in Absorb once they’re created in BPSuite
- Create new skills in Absorb once they’re created in BPSuite
- Update skill set on employee records in BPSuite after being earned by passing a course(s) in Absorb
