WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an
Enablement Consultant
you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive performance improvement and execution capabilities across our Global Sales Development organization in EMEA. Your training will focus on a broad range of skills, topics, and behaviors needed to support the readiness and effectiveness of sales development representatives.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience building and delivering high-impact instructor-led training and eLearning for sales teams. They have business and sales acumen, learning design expertise, and experience with eLearning tools.
This position is an individual contributor role that reports to Manager, Global xDR Performance Partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs, PDRs), focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies and skills, and effective use of sales tools
  • Train and enable teams primarily in EMEA, with flexibility to accommodate overlapping time zones for North America
  • Prototype and improve learning materials, presentations, and training modules to align with sales objectives and Docusign’s go-to-market strategy in the EMEA region
  • Deliver and continue to enhance onboarding programs for Sales Development new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to succeed
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting delivery style to suit different learning environments and languages
  • Evaluate and assess instruction and impact, using performance data to advise decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with field leadership, product, enablement, and marketing teams to ensure that training is aligned with the latest product updates and company goals
  • Utilize a learning management system (LMS) and/or a content management system (CMS) platform
