Description:
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring compliance with construction standards and alignment with project goals. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and collaboration across project teams. Oversee budget management for the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring efficient use of resources. Provide strategic advice on construction and commercial matters to influence organisational decisions and initiatives.
Job Duties: Develop a comprehensive delivery plan for the Enabling Works Programme, setting out key milestones and responsibilities. Lead the procurement and management of construction contracts, ensuring alignment with best practices and government frameworks. Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery. Facilitate the internal handover process post-construction, ensuring services are set up to operate effectively.
