Description:

The Enablon Functional Consultant - ERM & EHS will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the Enablon software solutions, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). You will be involved from requirement gathering to go-live, providing continuous support post-implementation. This role requires hands-on experience in configuration, user acceptance testing, data migration, and system integration.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Enablon modules, with experience in ERM and EHS.
  • Proficiency in project management skills with a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of high performance in problem-solving, collaboration, and priority setting.
  • Knowledge of “best practices” in Enablon software and experience in delivering complex solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables while ensuring project commitments are met.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a drive for results.
  • Technical proficiency in IT-related systems and a deep understanding of integration requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and support of Enablon software solutions in ERM/EHS.
  • Engage in the entire project cycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, fit-gap analysis, technical development in coordination with the technical team, user acceptance testing, user training, cut-over activities, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with consultant teams to draft system design documents, configure technical specifications, analyze/migrate data, and develop automated custom reports.
  • Provide prompt troubleshooting and resolution for support tickets based on SLA and priority.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations as needed.
  • Work closely with System Implementors (SI) and internal IT teams for integration and coordination during both project phases and support periods.
