End User Comp Tech (Deploy)

Provides accurate, timely and creative solutions to end-user computer and networking problems of moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity. Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the end users location to resolve end-users problems, using basic troubleshooting and technical skills. Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problem equipment or software installations, moves, and configuration changes. Maintain accurate information and data regarding end-user issues within the tracking system and according to policies and standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in an associated major field of study is highly desired. Experience in the appropriate business applications and/or related work. Must possess the ability, knowledge and skill to operate/use the appropriate systems/software/hardware.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to pass military medical requirements
• Must be able to obtain an Official US Passport
• Position is in a Contingency location
• Minimum one-year deployment assignment
• Working and Living conditions may be considered adverse
