End User Compute Engineer

Location: Sandy Park and City Hall
We are seeking a skilled End User Compute (EUC) Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems for our organization.
You will be responsible for resolving IT issues, managing end-user devices, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the EUC environment.

• Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users, resolving incidents and requests.
• Manage and maintain end-user devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents within agreed service levels.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT services through process enhancements and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with other IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Provide on-site support at Sandy Park and City Hall as required.
