Description:

Job Profile
We’re hiring for End User Services - Workstations & Automation trainee to implement, monitor and operate Microsoft Windows 10/11 endpoints using Intune and other tools from Microsoft stack, and provide support to 1st and 2nd line teams and the end user if required.
You will work closely with the team leaders and team members required to carry out the day-to-day user support activities.
Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
Write scripts to automate systems administration tasks.
Install patching, fix vulnerabilities and implement upgrade rollouts.
Respond to escalated service desk/team requests.

As a Workstations & Automation – Trainee, you will:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system problems with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
  • Write scripts to automate systems administration tasks.
  • Install patching, fix vulnerabilities and implement upgrade rollouts.
  • Respond to escalated service desk/team requests.
  • Provide 3rd line application support.

In addition, you’ll need the following key skills:

  • BSc/ MSc in IT-related-fields - IEFP Level VI
  • Knowledge and experience of Intune, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office productivity applications.
  • Knowledge of and experience using ticket management tools (JIRA or others)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritizing effectively.
  • Collaborative approach to your work;
  • Fluency in English.
