The Boeing Company is currently seeking an End User Support Specialist to join the Information Technology group located in Kihei, HI or Haleakala National Park, HI.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Assist with basic computing delivery systems configuration management.
  • Perform basic end-user training
  • Performs computing maintenance and testing
  • Performs network asset management and inventory monitoring
  • Uses automated tools and databases to retrieve design package requirements and enter routine changes into the database
  • Assists in maintaining quality control standards

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Kihei, HI or Haleakala National Park, HI.

SUMMARY PAY RANGE:

Associate (level 2): 61,200 – 82,800
