Endoscopy Staff Nurse

The unit provides an excellent place to gain the knowledge, skills and experience at the start of your career in Endoscopy. We also provide a 7 day a week emergency non elective endoscopy service to provide care for our more urgent patients who may present through the emergency department or as inpatients this is supported by a 24 hour nurse on call. All nurses will assist the Consultants in the procedure rooms whilst undergoing Endoscopy procedures. Our nurses will also assist in the recovery of our patients in a dedicated recovery.
Our nurses will also be trained in the discharging of our patients safely home. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13
