Role Summary :
An Endpoint Security Engineer is a critical role responsible for safeguarding an organization’s computer systems and networks from cyber threats. This position requires a deep understanding of endpoint security technologies, threat landscape, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for protecting sensitive information.

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, EDR, NDR, XDR, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Configure and maintain endpoint security infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and protection.
• Monitor endpoint security systems for anomalies, threats, and security incidents.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential weaknesses.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for end users.
• Provide training and support to end users on endpoint security best practices.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, working closely with the incident response team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends.
• Research and evaluate new endpoint security technologies and make recommendations for implementation.

Requirement :

• 3 – 5 years working experience in information Security.
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions.
• Experience with security incident response and forensics.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., antivirus, EDR, NDR, XDR).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of network protocols and security principles.

Certification :
Certifications in endpoint security (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH).
