KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering endpoint security solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with endpoint technologies and relevant professional certifications.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security operations centre (SoC) practices, and emerging IT security trends.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; able to deliver presentations, conduct training, and lead meetings.
- Leadership and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across teams and drive successful project outcomes.
- Proven integrity, versatility, and a client-centric approach to solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Client Security Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify security vulnerabilities and develop comprehensive endpoint security strategies.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Design tailored security solutions based on client needs, utilising the latest industry standards and technologies to enhance endpoint protection.
- Implementation & Integration: Lead the configuration and deployment of endpoint security solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing client systems and infrastructure.
- Client Enablement & Training: Deliver training to client IT teams on best practices, tool usage, and endpoint security processes, enabling them to manage security independently.
- Incident Response & Remediation: Support clients during security incidents by managing the investigation, containment, and resolution of endpoint threats.
- Policy & Compliance: Work with clients to develop and enforce security policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of client engagements, including assessment results, solution designs, deployment processes, and post-implementation support.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and advancements in endpoint security to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and technical support to deliver seamless project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
