We are currently seeking an Energy Analyst to join our Utility Programs and Services Division in support of our Arizona and New Mexico based Utility Programs. Expected contributions of the candidate include the development of innovative reporting and analysis, as well as overall program support. Responsibilities primarily include IT collaboration, data analysis and QAQC, tracking portfolio budgets, assisting with monthly invoices, reporting, and other duties as assigned. The candidate will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects and interact with a team of professionals to provide best practice solutions to our clients. Program Support Specialists at ICF have an opportunity to apply their academic and professional knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and build content knowledge and consulting skills.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):
- Bachelor’s Degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 1+ years’ experience, preferable with customer, sustainability or energy efficiency programs
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Organized, self-starter, motivated, team player, excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel including proficiency in basic formulas, equations, functions, and pivot tables;
- Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team on the implementation of client sponsored energy efficiency programs.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking/reporting.
- Development of analytics and visualization dashboards.
- Desktop review and processing of new home applications for payment.
- Assist in preparation of internal and client presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on program quality assurance activities as appropriate.
- Other duties as required to support our work and to provide direct support to division leadership as needed.
