The main duties of a Site Services Engineer include:

• Maintaining services across the site in line with our Planned Preventative Maintenance pro-gramme, such as:
• Steam boiler, Waste Heat Boiler and CHP checks and testing in line with legal re-quirements
• Refrigeration plant
• Effluent Treatment Plant
• Hot & Cold water systems
• Cooling tower maintenance
• HVAC maintenance
• External lighting
• Corrective maintenance in case of site equipment failure and breakdown.
• QEHS standards maintained and where possible improved within the Services function
• To work alongside the OEM’s when services are carried out.
• Challenge current processes and practices to identify new opportunities to improve operation and efficiency
• Conduct equipment and plant condition appraisals.
• Awareness of relevant QEHS compliance within the role such as Legionella, fire safety, PSSR, LO-TO.
• Authorise permits and ensure the work is being carried out in a safe and controlled manner
