Job Description

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Energy Division Director, responsible to ensure performance excellence and successful delivery of an energy, Oil & Gas project across UAE.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex oil and gas projects in UAE.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment and support.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any obstacles that may impact project success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Mentor and coach project team members, providing leadership and support to maximize their potential and contribution to the project’s success.
