• Master’s degree or PhD degree in a relevant field. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
• A minimum of 10 years of broad experience within energy systems modelling from either technology development, operations or project phases.
• Competence and experience within electrical energy systems is required. Thermal energy systems experience is advantageous.
• Capability to lead and drive projects and teams, delivering either as part of a team or individually.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business areas and disciplines.
• Innovative capabilities paired with strategic and commercial mindset.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
