Work you’ll do:

Core responsibilities include:

  • Liaise between internal stakeholders, government agencies, and other external partners to ensure alignment of risk management strategies.
  • Participate in industry groups and regulatory bodies to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging threats in the field of energy sector critical infrastructure protection.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to other teams within the organization, as well as external partners, on security-related matters.
  • Execute and refine the program’s Concept of Operations to support stakeholders in identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities in energy sector critical infrastructure.
  • Develop and support workshops and trainings for analytical personnel.
  • Coordinate with the DC-based Program Management team to support schedules, budgets, and risks related to the implementation of the program.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance required
  • Must be able to work on site in Golden, CO
  • 3+ years of experience within cyber threat hunting and SOC
  • 1+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and cyber risk.
  • 1+ years of understanding of cybersecurity principles, including operational technology (OT) systems and industrial control systems (ICS).

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • 1+ years of previous experience within the energy sector
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,925- $179,857.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
