• Facilitation of refinement sessions with stakeholders and key users autonomously;
• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
• Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
• +3 years of experience in the role of Functional Analyst or experience in the relevant business area;
• Good analysis and communication skills;
• Experience in Outsystems applications (preferential factor);
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence (preferential factor);
