Metrea Management provides central services to 10 global business units via its support capability teams: Operations, Solutions, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams. The engagement team, of which this role is an integral part, sits within Solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY

Metrea is searching for an Engagement Associate to support the Engagement team. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Associate will work closely with the Senior Events Associate and the Communications Manager, assisting with the delivery of key Enterprise events and engagements, as well as supporting the regular cadence of internal communications and network management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal silks, a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. They must have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES

Experience: 5+ Years

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES

Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field, preferred
Experience: 10+ Years
Certificates and Licenses: CPP/FPC a plus
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the delivery of key events and engagements – curating guest lists and managing responses, providing logistics support and personnel coordination, orchestrating event set-up and scheduling, tracking budgets and timelines.
  • Working with the Commercial Associate to ensure the CRM system is kept up-to-date and that post-event data is captured and shared. Provide CRM support and access to the wider Enterprise as required.
  • Monitor inquiries through the Metrea website, responding promptly and appropriately.
  • Assist with the generation of collateral material for external communications and engagements, and act as AME for the wider Enterprise.
  • Support the scheduling and delivery of a regular cadence of internal communications, including but not limited to the maintenance of the Engagement resource hub, the Summit, quarterly All-Hands etc.
