QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Associate’s Degree
• Required High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years Healthcare Related Required
• 3 years Supervisory in Healthcare Preferred

• Gather, analyze and report on Engagement Center metrics.
• Supervise the Engagement Center Staff which may include coaching, mentoring, evaluating, training, onboarding new staff and administrative tasks such as timecard edits and approval.
• Implement and maintain processes, workflows and best practices for the Engagement Center.
• Create Engagement Center schedule to provide staffing for efficient operations.
• Meet and interact with management, clinical staff, providers and third-party vendors for optimal customer service.
• Address any customer complaints/issues, will resolve or escalate as needed.
• Supervise the work of others and manage the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with other practices and departments.
• Create and sustain a culture in the practice that reflects the Franciscan Mission and Values.
