Job Description:
Do you have experience working as a Senior Project Manager for large IT/software implementation, a passion for business process improvement and delivery and client satisfaction? Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity where you can combine your skills and knowledge in project management, people management within a leading-edge technology environment and international team?
Excitingly, a project is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction using our advanced technology. You will be offered with great opportunities to travel through Central Europe. You will be based in our Dutch office.
We are looking for:
You are an experienced senior professional who has proven track record in large IT/software implementation, a passion for business process improvement and delivery and client satisfaction? Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity where you can combine your skills and knowledge in project management, people management within a leading-edge technology environment and international team? Ideally you will have a supply chain, logistics or retail background and understand different dynamics to this industry.

Here’s few things that we see as critical for someone to be successful in this role:

  • Oversee project dependencies that occur during significant design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts through technical and operational project managers.
  • Advise clients on the development of change management plans.
  • Perform on-going risk analysis and provides support of sales activities.
  • Develop and mentors line managers and team members.
  • Ability to communicate with C-level Executives.
  • Engagement management and influencing.
  • Up-sell, build and manage existing customer relationships
  • Create and execute services sales opportunities at existing customer relationships

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • B.S. degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or information systems. MBA preferred
  • Prior software implementation consulting experience with at least 5 years’ experience
  • WMS/ Omni Channel or supply chain software experience
  • Experience leading a professional services group
  • Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
