Currently, we are looking for an Engagement Director to join our team in Finland.
As a Public Sector Engagement Director, you will be the Managing Director of your named account as well as responsible for new business opportunities. Your mission is to drive revenue growth, diversify streams, and identify new business opportunities within the Finnish Public Sector. You will take ownership to strategic planning and execution as well as influencing large-scale cloud-based transformation programs.
Location: The position is based in Helsinki.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with C-level and senior executives
- Driving revenue growth and profitability targets from existing strategic accounts
- Identifying new business opportunities within the Public Sector customer segment
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Implementation of strategies maximizing Nordcloud’s value proposition
- Providing thought leadership and motivation to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Presenting Nordcloud at events and media engagements
- Occasional traveling in Finland or Europe may be an option, depending on the assignment and your preferences
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Proven success in public cloud business
- Challenger sales methodology adoption
- Experience with Public Sector RFP-processes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish
