This role is part of the Global Private Banking & Wealth (GPB&W) Chief Operating Office (COO), providing GPB&W leadership with dedicated services. There will be a key focus on Employee engagement strategies – ultimately improving morale and engagement. This will be an ideal role someone who is passionate about employee & people engagement.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Drive organisational design and development.
- Focus on workforce planning & management - both short term and long term.
- Enhance communication - ongoing employee communications, newsletters, presentations, speeches, and social media content.
- Play a key role in building towards a positive working culture within the GPB&W business
- Have oversight of feedback system - providing snapshot surveys and direct feedback.
- Other areas of focus will include; Learning & Development masterclasses, Talent Management, Risk Management (flag reputational risks or issues), and frequently collaborate with HR.
Requirements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in organisational design & workforce planning/management - essential
- Vast experience in driving people/employee engagement initiatives - essential
- A proven track record in developing and executing employee centred communications strategies - essential
- Current or prior experience within Private Banking or Wealth - desirable
- Other key skills - stakeholder management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for people engagement
