Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in an international environment. This role requires a combination of project management skills and client engagement capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships;
- Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and requirements;
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and addressing any concerns promptly;
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects;
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget;
- Coordinate with international cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations;
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Regularly update clients on project status, milestones, and any issues;
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals and documentation;
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and internal teams;
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment;
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members;
- Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
