as an Engagement Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our organization. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project success, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will have a fundamental role in in which you will manage prospect and customer relationships and deliver successful projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and you will plan, strategize, and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. To manage customer relationships effectively, you will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • You will seek opportunities to sell and upsell services and products to new and existing accounts, working with cross-functional teams to create packaged or bespoke solution to address client’s needs.
  • You will collaborate with Sales and Presales during RFx by leading all services related specifications response and proposal creation.
  • You will nurture working relationships with prospects and clients throughout the project cycle, tracking client’s processes and providing prompt assistance when needed.
  • You will design and execute solutions tailored to client needs, leading and handling complex accounts, and managing client expectations, ensuring delivery of client requests.
