Description:
Location: Vauxhall/Hybrid (likely c.2 days per week in the office on a flexible basis) with occasional travel to Croydon and Birmingham
Working pattern: Full-time (4 days per week/.8FTE would be considered on a pro-rata basis for an experienced candidate

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Duration of role – permanent/full-time - 4 days per week could be considered on a pro-rata basis for an experienced candidate
Location – Hybrid-On average, you’ll spend two days each week in our Vauxhall office, working with other Oddboxers and seeking out the low-hanging fruit. (Is that a fruit pun?! Maybe. Or we could just be talking about our always fresh fruit bowl and snack cupboard).
You’ll need to visit our distribution centre in Croydon and packing facility in Birmingham a couple of times each year.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Working as part of the retention team, the engagement marketing executive will help increase customer spend and engagement with the Oddbox proposition. You’ll support initiatives to drive improvements in retention and customer satisfaction; as well as helping to improve the value for money perception.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and coordinating tactical promotions and campaigns to boost basket value and identifying opportunities to align promotions with key moments in the marketing calendar.
Analysing customer data and campaign results and identifying trends and insights to aid campaign optimisation and customer engagement.
Proactively seeking out opportunities and new ideas which support priority business initiatives - improving customer retention or increasing customer spend.
Helping new customers to discover Oddbox’s value at the earliest possible point, earning their loyalty and nurturing habits.
Conducting stakeholder analysis; identifying and segmenting audiences to develop tailored engagement strategies for different customer cohorts.
Merchandising our add-on range and box compositions, including product set-up and updating customer-facing website.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ENGAGEMENT MARKETING ROLE
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision making and effective marketing strategies.
Experience developing and executing engagement campaigns that focus on retention and product engagement, including setting objectives, defining KPIs, and evaluating outcomes.
Skilled at negotiation and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as independently managing projects.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing customer-focused marketing solutions
