ENGAGEMENT OPERATIONS LEAD - HUBBL

Location: North Ryde
With an explosion of streaming apps in the market we have launched a new transformative product that takes the frustration out of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment into the world’s best user interface, Hubbl.
We are currently recruiting an Engagement Operations Lead to join our team to lead and drive the technical execution for automated and tactical campaigns with fit-for-purpose workflow builds for Hubbl. As our Engagement Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of engagement tests including setting up test conditions and frameworks.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITY

  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM, marketing automation, and digital campaign management platforms. (Braze highly desirable or experience with Adobe Campaign is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in leading engagement operations teams
  • Excellent understanding of data and database marketing, with demonstrable experience in designing and building complex lifecycle and data-driven campaigns
  • Ability to bridge business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable campaigns with sophisticated testing capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively
  • Customer-focused with a foundational understanding of the needs of streamers, sports, entertainment, and news fans.
  • Proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative working style that engages management, peers, team members, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize effectively across multiple projects and adapt to changing targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end-to-end governance on delivery, spam management, and best practice engagement
  • Actively manage concurrent tests within the governance framework to ensure the integrity of results
  • Propose effective targeting strategies using complex data sets and apply smart audience selection to boost key business metrics
  • Work closely with the data team to ensure test reporting is fast, reliable, and evolves to meet emerging needs
  • Collaborate with in-house senior campaign developers to produce integrated campaigns and robust automations
  • Partner with broader group teams on Engagement operations and implement cutting-edge Martech capabilities
