REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in project management, handling ACMV within construction industry
• Good project management skills including manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more.

• Assist planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects.
• Attend site tests and inspections to ensure quality standards & regulatory requirements are complied.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and workers on site to ensure regulatory are met.
• Preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required.
• Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget.Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
