Description:
Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge & experience in Landscape construction and maintenance projects.
- Expert in understanding of contract documents for all sizes of landscape and horticultural projects
- Should be able to prepare shop/As-built drawings and site implementation accordingly.
- Able to assist project manager in preparing project budgets and adherence to approved ones.
- Able to supervise overall project construction activities according to approved contract documents.
- Prepare and submit projects progress reports for management review.
- Lead team of supervisors and monitor their performance
- Able to coordinate with all concerned authorities at project sites for successful completion of projects.
- Attend projects progress meetings. Able to present and defend signed scope of work.
