Responsible for the preparation of the contract technical requirements and management of Civil Works Routine (preventive) maintenance contracts to protect the existing civil works facilities (road, pads, and appurtenances) including building and grounds. Monitors and manages the performance of contractors, ensuring contractor’s compliance with the approved design, specifications, standards, and quality of workmanship as specified in the terms of the contract and established periodic plans and programs
