JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP draftsman to join our design team. You will be creating technical drawings for different types of buildings from Engineer sketches, incorporating exact measurements and codes, and entering data to generate 3-D design models.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) and do clash detection for coordination.
Creating technical drawings from Engineer sketches and specifications.
Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts.
Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project.
Provides shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details
Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed
Preference:
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, for 3D modeling
In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes.
Ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design
