Responsibilities:
- Provide Electrical guidance and technical support to the Engineering, Project Managers and Maintenance line areas within I&S
- Review and approve Electrical Standards, Specifications (review & development), Drawings and Procedures applicable to Transmission & Distribution network assets and Electrical assets in I&S areas (WTPs, Camps, Villages, etc)
- Evaluate changes to Electrical System modifications & approve all engineering electrical sign-off for Management of Change
- Develop and coordinate Electrical technical audits to ensure the Electrical assets comply to WA legislations & BHP Spec’s
- Create and distribute Electrical Safety and Improvements alerts to the WAIO stakeholders
- Continuous improvement of the Electrical Assets with collaboration with site and vendo
