REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering;
- Relevant working experience in PLC control systems, semiconductor or cleanroom environment will be advantageous;
- Possession of certification on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) will be advantageous;
- Knowledge of Python/R, Web development (Front end and Back end), Software ecosystem(Hadoop), knowledge in database(SQL), statistical knowledge or relevant programing knowledge will be advantageous;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent compute skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
- Good team working and multi-tasking capabilities;
- Self-motivated;
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes;
- Team oriented with a strong focus on effective team dynamics;
- Strong organizational, leadership and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, Organize and Coordinate all Control projects to support Wafer Fab Manufacturing equipment;
- Perform Control system refurbishment, upgrading and/or Control expansion projects not limited to Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Life Safety Systems (Gas monitoring), Instrumentations, IoT / SMART projects;
- Supervise Projects and manage Control maintenance programs/schedules to ensure a high level of work quality and Safety compliance;
- Provide cost estimates and Assessment of proposed projects;
- Plan and execute Preventive(PM) and Corrective Maintenance(CM) programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime and system reliability;
- Participate in the evaluation, planning and supervision of engineering projects including testing and commissioning;
- Respond and troubleshoot issues/interruptions related to Control system in all disciplines;
- Understand and utilize manufacturing process data to apply statistical analysis or machine learning or automation to identify problems and translate it into control/automation solutions;
- Work with a global team to maintain, align and improve process control applications;
- Lead, Train and Develop a team of Technicians
