REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, or a related field. Equivalent work experience and knowledge can substitute.
- Typically requires approximately 2+ years hands on technical experience installing, solving, repairing and calibrating complex analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB, Prober, or similar systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex scientific equipment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teams from different departments to effectively implement new products and service strategies.
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
- Perform meticulous diagnostic assessments, proactive maintenance, and preventive measures.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.
- Provides onsite commissioning of instruments, repairs, upgrades, updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Displays integrity, understanding, tact, fairness, and technical knowledge in all customer interactions.
- Collaborates with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Follows policies that pertain to the handling of spare parts: ordering, usage, returns, physical count, trunk stock management, etc.
- Maintains technical proficiency level for servicing our instrument line-up by reviewing instrument manuals/technical documents, attending trainings, and participation in team meetings.
- Train new team members. Document training materials for future use.
