• Install, repair, and maintain instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations
• Provide responsive telephone and on-site support to assist customers with instrument usage
• Manage own assets, including spare parts stock, company car, tools, and software
• Coordinate work schedule with relevant partners and produce accurate reports of activities
• Inform customers of our company’s other products and service
