JOB DESCRIPTION

The System Engineer for XPS Spectroscopy is responsible for the technical support of the XPS Spectrometer production. The production engineer supervises product quality, optimizes production, implements engineering changes, communicates with suppliers, and sometimes with customers. The expert in this position solves sophisticated tasks while participating with rest of the team and other departments - mainly production and service.
The position is suitable for both a graduate and an engineer with experience. Everyone who is passionate, proactive, and studious. So don’t worry and come and show us what you can do. We will guide you through the rest.

• Work alongside other production engineering team members and closely collaborate with several departments (R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, service) to efficiently support production
• Resolve any problems encountered during manufacturing. Investigate and analyze customer service problems and propose solutions
• Search for solutions to improve product quality and optimize production processes
• Suggest design improvements based on recent technical knowledge, and submit an engineering change requests
• Maintain the test equipment at suppliers and in our production, and if needed, design and implement changes
