POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer within our IC/GC/LC/TEA/FTIR team based in Brisbane.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or engineering roles
- Proven expertise in IC/GC/LC/TEA/FTIR instrumentation
- Outstanding ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, repair, and maintenance of analytical instrumentation
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve instrument-related issues
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Train customers on instrument operation and maintenance
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
