Engineer (Naval Architecture)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant working experinece, preferably in marine / offshore industry
• Knowledge of functional and operational requirements related to design of all types of ships and offshore vessels
• In-depth knowledge and experience of engineering field
• Well versed with regulatory and class requirements
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skkills
• Possess supervisory skills to coach and motivate staff
• Able to work in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering design software (eg ACAD, Stability Softwares)Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  Our Address and Working Hours:

• Perform Naval Architecture calculations and analysis
• Prepare test procedures (inclining experiment, weighing and Sea Trial)
• Handle contract-bidding engineering specifications and enquiry
• Monitor the progress of drawings, documents and purchase specifications
• Perform quality assurance check of drawings
• Liaise with Production Department to resolve site problems
• Liaise with Project Management Department to ensure on-time delivery of project
• Interact with customers, vendors and regulatory bodies on engineering design mattersDirect and guide the activities of subordinates assigned to him
