• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within relevant discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience within maintenance management and analysis disciplines.
• Experience leading a team is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital tools, robotic process automation, programming and Power Platform.
• Ability to transform ideas and suggestions into concrete solutions and improvements.
• Strong in collaborations skills.
• Contribute actively to a good learning culture and experience sharing.
• Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
• Strong ability to drive improvement processes involving various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
