REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in QC (or equivalent) within a laboratory role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to strictly adhere to procedures
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong laboratory skills with an understanding of molecular biology techniques, optical spectroscopy methods and instrumentation including absorbance and fluorescence

- Determine quality control (QC) methods and procedures
- Successfully implement QC processes and systems
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure flawless execution of QC activities
- Perform data analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Conduct investigations to identify and resolve quality issues
- Support regulatory inspections and audits
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
