KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Turnaround Strategy & Initiation phase: Defining TA Site team with roles and responsibility, TA Milestone schedule, Progress Monitoring road map schedule, TA Communication Plan for all phases.
- Turnaround Scope Development phase: Preparation of TA Job list and develop intermediate scope, Scope review, Challenge and Validation workshop, Conduct Uncertainty evaluations and define mitigation plan. Create intermediate plan, schedule, and release of level #1 schedule.
- Turnaround Planning & Scheduling phase: Risk register meeting and follow up, Detail plan on work order level and schedule, To quantify schedule uncertainty, TA Scope and Schedule authorization, Ordering of Materials, Finalization of resources and plan, Ordering of services, Securing TA Services, Final schedule release, TARA Audits, Review of bar charts.
- TA Pre-execution phase: Arranging for Pre TA work completion, plan for mobilization of all resources.
- TA Execution phase: Daily review meeting and update. Report daily progress updates. Follow up execution activities.
- Post Turnaround Work / Turnaround Close out phase: Collection of Contractors and In-house reports related to TA, Conduct of Lesson learn meeting and capturing of inputs, Follow up for the completion of actions items assign as per lesson learn meeting, To update and archive TA documents for future reference.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering with 3-6 Years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality TA planning/execution services for all TA notification. Support and coordinates with all departments members associated for TA activities and ensure plant continuous operation with high quality of TA Maintenance in an optimum cost manner.
In addition, shall offer Leading roles to Control and Coordinate the Planning and scheduling part of all the phases of TA in SAFCO/IBB/ALB, which is approved in Business Plan.
