JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and optimize mechanical systems for the BCSS, including battery handling, charging, and swapping equipment.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical components.
• Specify, select, and procure mechanical components and machinery required for battery handling, charging, and swapping.
• Create and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure that all mechanical designs and modifications adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for personnel and equipment.
• Conduct quality control inspections and testing of mechanical systems and equipment to maintain high operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues and faults as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan, design, and execute mechanical aspects of BCSS projects.
• Provide mechanical engineering expertise in project planning and execution.
• Ensure that all mechanical designs and modifications.
• Able to handle electrical faults and hydraulic faults.
• Repairing rotary drilling rigs.
